The Winter Solabration -- a community celebration of music and dance -- is now in its 24th year. It's a fabulous holiday party, with wassail and community singing, followed by sword dancing and a mummer's play. Our storyteller, Susan Marie Frontczak, will share a special Christmas story. Bryan Connolly Extreme Juggling will entertain you with some awesome juggling. The Maroon Bells Morris Dancers and the Indian dancers from Mudra Dance Studio will perform. There will also be traditional American community dances for all -- easy contras and squares -- which will be taught and walked through so that all who wish to may join in. The evening will conclude with the mysterious Abbots Bromley Horn Dance.
The revelry begins at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 19th, at the Highlands Masonic Center, 3550 N. Federal Blvd. in Denver, and continues till midnight.
